Hotfix: Fixed macOS builds for macOS 15.4+

macOS 15.4 introduced some changes to the underlying handling of Thread Local Variables in macOS, these changes were incompatible with the D Language Runtime. With Nu:Cat being written in D, it lead to the plugin crashing on macOS.
I've rebuilt the VST and AU for macOS using a fixed version of the LDC2 compiler (1.41).
Please notify me if further issues arise!
